- All MadHacks events follow and enforce the MLH Code of Conduct which includes participants, organizers, sponsors, mentors, judges, and hacks
- You must be registered and have checked in at the event to be considered for prizes
- Hacks submitted for judging must be your original work created during the Spring Fever event
- You may use external libraries, frameworks, and tools that are publicly available (Node.js, Bootstrap, Visual Studio, Google APIs, Exis.io, etc.)
- All intellectual and physical property created by participants at the event is the property of the team members that created the hack. If you use external APIs be sure to follow the terms of service/license(s) specified by the providers of the API(s)
- Hacks that have been submitted at other hackathons or events, and/or that have been submitted for publication, are not eligible for prizes
- You may leave during the event but your team must be physically present in CS 1240 for presentations and judging to be awarded a prize
- Final decisions regarding awarding of prizes rest with the organizers of the event, MadHacks and WACM. Prizes are subject to change.
